A Hands on Solution for a Client's Challenge

The Challenge: 

It all began with a single client's unique challenge: a complex set of outdoor stairs where a standard, off-the-shelf handrail simply wouldn't work. The need was for a system that was not only safe and sturdy but could adapt to irregular angles and surfaces while offering a clean, modern aesthetic that complemented their home.

The FADE Approach: 

Our response was born in the workshop through a process of rigorous design and Fabrication. We centered the entire system on a single, ingenious component: the cube. Machined from solid 6061 Aluminum, this cube acts as a multi-axial hub, allowing posts and rails to connect at a plethora of orientations. This gave us the freedom to perfectly tailor the handrail to the client's landscape. We soon realized this solution was too good for just one project and designed CubeCubed as a fully modular system, perfect for everything from custom handrails to sleek mailbox posts.

The Outcome: 

The result is CubeCubed, a patent-pending, innovative system where aesthetic beauty is rivaled only by its adaptable functionality. What started as a custom solution for one client has become a versatile product that combines highly refined CNC craftsmanship with functional elegance. It stands as a testament to our FADE philosophy: where a real-world architectural challenge leads to a hands-on fabrication process, resulting in the development of a new and innovative design solution.
