Our architectural practice is rooted in solving complex challenges with elegant, site-specific solutions. As a Passive House architect in Baltimore and a partner in net zero residential and commercial design across Maryland, we specialize in high-performance construction and building science-driven design. With a focus on deep energy retrofits, sustainable mixed-use development, and resilient building systems, we create spaces that are energy-efficient, durable, and responsive to their context. Our process is collaborative and transparent, guiding clients through every phase from concept through construction.

This takes many forms: leading hands-on workforce training initiatives, contributing to vocational training center design in Baltimore, and supporting university programs through bioclimatic curriculum development. We often turn construction sites into living laboratories, where systems like Passive House detailing and deep energy retrofit strategies become teaching tools for real-world application.​
