Gateway Plaza – a significant mixed use project in Wilmington, DE – comprises 250,000 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of retail and a 530 car public garage. Responding with elegance and responsibility to its urban context, the thin crystalline building form directs views both to and from the downtown area creating a welcoming gateway to the central business district. Inside, the building’s thin form lends to large-span flexible floor plates with plenty of daylight access.
